We deliver locally and internationally, and shipping fees vary depending on your location.

All prices on Maison-B-More are exclusive of customs duty and tax fees. The total cost for products shipped outside the UAE will not be inclusive of VAT. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay import fees in their own country.

The total cost for products shipped within the UAE will include VAT.


Standard Delivery (within Dubai only):

Free Delivery: All orders of 51 USD or more.

Shipping Fee: 10 USD for orders amounting to 50 USD or less.

**Standard delivery may take 1 to 2 business days.


Standard Delivery (Other Emirates):

Free Delivery: All orders of 51 USD or more.

Shipping Fee: 14 USD for orders amounting to 50 USD or less.

**Standard delivery may take 1 to 2 business days.


Express Delivery (within Dubai only)

24 USD for orders amounting to 50 USD or less.

10 USD for orders amounting to 51 USD or more.

**Express delivery may take up to 24 hours.


Deliveries to the GCC Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia)

Free Delivery: All orders of 100 USD or more.

Shipping Fee: 15 USD for orders less than 100 USD.

**Delivery may take 2 to 3 business days.


Deliveries to France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States (54 of 62 states)

Free Delivery: All orders of 200 USD or more.

Shipping Fee: 20 USD for orders less than 200 USD.

Items purchased on www.maison-b-more / b-hype.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return/exchange process for online orders within UAE.

1. Contact customer service at +971 4 327 9989, WhatsApp+971 54 792 6467 or send an email to care@maisonbmore.com.

2. Bring the product directly to Bmores Wafi any day between10:00Am - 6:00Pm (Dubai time: GMT +4).

Refund for valid returns for any local orders will be in the form of a credit note, excluding shipping costs (if applicable).

All returns/exchanges must conform to our returns policy. Returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

For International Orders

Items purchased on www.maison-b-more / b-hype.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return/exchange process for online orders - international

1. Contact customer service at +971 4 327 9989, WhatsApp+971 54 792 6467 or send an email to care@maisonbmore.com. Customer service team will assist you with the entire process.

Refund for valid returns for any international orders will be in the form of a credit note, excluding shipping costs* , international customs duties and sales taxes.

*Unless there has been fault on our part, all related shipping fee in returning the item(s) back to us will be shouldered by the customer.

All returns/exchanges must conform to our returns policy. Returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Yes. To request a product alteration, simply leave us a note in the "ADD ORDER NOTE" section during checkout, OR get in touch with our BMORA Customer Care team on care@maisonbmore.com or call +971 4 327 9989 to speak to our team.

Alternatively, you can visit our dedicated tailors in Dubai, at our BMORE's store, Wafi Mall, and speak to them about your requirement, and to measure your correct fit.

Alterations are provided free of charge for up to 30 days after your order date.

Please note that all tailored or altered items are no longer eligible for exchange or return.

Should you need to exchange or return an item, you will have 10 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

To do so, you can return your item directly to our BMORA Customer Care team in Dubai, located at our BMORE'S store, in Wafi Mall.

If you are unable to do so, you can send the items back to us by mail or courier. Please contact our BMORA Customer Care Team to request a return and receive our mailing address and reference number.

Please note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges are charged to the customer.

SIZE GUIDE: This is there to help you convert international size and measurements for all types of items.

ITEM COMPOSITION: Some items have a “FIT” associated with them in order to guide you on how the garment fits, and whether it runs small or large to size.
